Delivery & Returns




Free Standard UK delivery will be applied to all orders over £20. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £20 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free delivery.


We aim to ship our orders within 1-3 working days of you placing an order, and you can usually expect to receive your delivery within 3-5 working days.




We are very sorry but we don't currently offer overseas shipping.




We hope that you love your purchase when it arrives but if there is a problem please do contact us via the contact page and we will be happy to help.


We package our orders carefully to ensure your candles are protected in transit but very occasionally damage may occur. We will replace or refund any products damaged during delivery if photographic proof is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.


Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace any candles that have been used or part used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in its original packaging.


If you choose to return an item that is not damaged/faulty then you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The buyer will be responsible for all delivery costs of all returned items. Please contact us via the contact page in advance of returning any items. Returned goods remain the responsibility of the buyer until the returned package has been received by us. We therefore strongly recomend that any returns are sent via a signed for delivery service.


Returns (undamaged) will be processed, and will be refunded, excluding the original delivery cost, within 14 days of your item arriving safely back with us.
